Nestled in a tranquil rural setting with outstanding views over Swaledale, yet just 1.5 miles from the charming village of Gunnerside. Perfect for those seeking tranquillity and natural beauty, guests can explore the local area’s rich mining heritage at the Gunnerside Smelt Mill, or enjoy leisurely walks along the Swale River and through the stunning surrounding countryside. Nearby, the charming village of Muker (2 miles) is famous for its wildflower meadows and traditional sheep fairs, while the stunning Swaledale Museum in Reeth (8 miles) offers a fascinating glimpse into the region's history. For those who enjoy outdoor adventures, the surrounding Yorkshire Dales National Park provides ample opportunities for hiking, cycling, and wildlife spotting, with the dramatic scenery of Hardraw Force and the spectacular Aysgarth Falls both within 11 miles.
