A car is recommended for convenience, but it’s not necessary. You can easily bike, walk, or use ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft to reach nearby attractions.
There is street parking available in front of the house. However, if you encounter any difficulties finding a spot, please feel free to park behind the home. The back area can accommodate at least three vehicles, depending on their sizes.
When parking in the back, you can access the front door by walking through the backyard and using the side gates on either side of the house. Please note that there is no back door entry—only the front door is available for entry.
Please Note: Unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited and considered trespassing. A $250 fee applies for unregistered guests or exceeding max occupancy. No parties, events, or gatherings allowed—violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Please ensure your guest count is accurate and let us know of any changes.
We have one security camera at the front entrance which actively records the exterior and public areas of the property at all times, including during reservations.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We do not allow pets. This is non-negotiable.
We are not pet friendly. Unauthorized pets on the property will result in a $100 fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our no-pet policy.
No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.
Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
We do not provide laundry supplies.
