The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lounge / food was very good. Though a limited menu the chef did an outstanding job. Our bartender/server was outstanding! We are planning to stay again at this location for all our upcoming visits to Richmond for the additional home games for UofRichmond.

My wife and I had a nice stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff were all pleasant and helpful. The hotel could use some additional cleaning, especially the hallway carpets and elevators. That said, I really liked the convenience of having snacks and drinks available to buy. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel. The friendly staff and convenient amenities made for a pleasant experience.

Room and bath were clean and bed was very comfy. Check in staff was friendly, and breakfast staff were on point. Host Kennedy and lady chef provided top notch service. Both were very accommodating and spoke through smiles. We will definitely be back to see them.

The room and the check in process were everything to be expected; the staff was friendly, answered any questions and the room was clean. My only gripes would be that the breakfast was minimal and for the two mornings I attended breakfast, there wasn't any hot coffee or someone manning the flat top to make meals to order. They did have coffee makers in the room so, it wasn't a total loss, but my family was disappointed by the lack of made to order meals.
