Did not have a refrigerator as was advertised. Breakfast was nice. Hamburger was nice. The seabass was very tiny. Carpet in the room was clean. The manager of the restaurant was very helpful. Very convenient hotel right off the highway. Had hard to find elevators, free parking, and A/C.

The room was nice & clean , a bonus was the air conditioning as it was hot weather . We also ate evening meal there which was ok , breakfast was plentiful with a good choice . We only stayed one night on our way to Scotland & our daughter & family met us there to complete the journey . What was nice was that they were able to park & use the hotel for food / drinks etc . Thankyou we appreciated that 😊

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly nothing too much trouble. Nice clean room, bed comfortable. Just a bit noisy from road traffic, otherwise would have been an excellent stay. Food really nice, and reasonable choices for vegetarians.

The location is excellent, outside areas a bit scruffy, but public inside areas all clean and very good. The place was let down by the bathroom which had mould on the bath sealant and the extractor fan did not work. The bed was very comfortable and we would have slept well if the next door room had not returned at 0100 and played music for an hour. Mainly a good stay considering the price we paid very good value for money and a good breakfast set up.

We opted for breakfast in our room and enjoyed the options we received, especially the pancakes. Everything was spotless and all the staff we welcoming and helpful. There was a cafe option as well as the restaurant which was nice.
