This hotel is under renovation and there are renovation supplies everywhere, the lobby and cafe area, only one elevator working and it has cardboard on the lower portion. Rooms are clean but it seems like maintenance has stopped, holes in blackout curtains, lack of amenities in bathroom. Staff are trying to be helpful however this is the saddest holiday inn I have stayed in.

Hotel is well maintained. The beds are very comfortable and the linens were bright white and soft ..they also had 4 pillows per bed which is great some hotels never give enough .The 1 bedroom suite was huge . Staff was very nice . They had lots of snack options to buy downstairs .Pool was very clean .

They first sent us to a room that had not been cleaned. There was no soap in the in the bathroom of the room, she moved us too and she also had to bring us clean towels. That was a coffee pot provided but no pods because the clerk said they were getting rid of the coffee pots. They did not have microwave or refrigerator in the rooms. The elevator was very slow… Although they said they were doing renovations it really needed a complete overhaul. The girl at the desk when we checked and was very nice and very helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff. Our handicap room was actually a suite w/ 2 connected bedrooms on the 1st floor. One bedroom had a walk/roll in shower which was very helpful. The property showed some age, but was very clean. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for maneuvering. Breakfast was fresh, hot and excellent choices. We would stay there again!

This hotel provided highly unprofessional service. I would never stay at this corporate hotel again. They advertise pets for a fee. I made reservations and prepaid. Upon arrival at 8 pm at night, their pet policy had changed 2 months ago. Their website did not have this new information. Their expedia information was not updated. They did not message this to individual upcoming guests. There was no manager to speak to. They just canceled our prepaid reservation, made us spend an hour seeking reimbursement, and sorry Charlie figure out where your going to stay. It really through an unexpected wrench into our weekend getaway and was managed so poorly. They've lost our business, I would not trust them again.

The only thing that was clean were the sheets. Looks like they just took over the building last week and only replaced the sheets and pillows. All the common places and dingy and need repairs and upgrades. Hallways smell of mildew. So do the shower curtains.
