The room was PERFECT !!!!! Thank you so much for guiding us to this hotel. It was so close to the Tin Pan music venue and just a nice clean spacious room. The breakfast was good, all though could have used a little more heat to keep it warm. But all i all , it was good ! Hyatt Place is one of our most favorite hotels to stay at !!!

VCU Open House visit

Came up for a VCU open house, needed a little extra space with a pullout sofa bed. Thw first room we checked into had a slight issue and management quickly changed rooms. Hotel staff was extremely friendly. The location is great, 5 minutes from Short Pump and 20 minutes from downtown Richmond

Granted its a Hyatt Place not a Hyatt, my expectation was a bit let down when i found this out. Overall the stay was nice, location was nice and convenient. The "polish" and craftsmanship of rooms and amenities was not what the typical Hyatt provides, i just had to adjust my expectation.
