The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.
The space.
Your luxurious treehouse is one of a kind and has been designed to capture your breathtaking views down through the woods and into the beck beneath.
The mezzanine bedroom with its kingsize bed looks down with views through the two metre round window and into the trees.
The lounge has a beautiful comfy sofa, a sophisticated bioethanol floating fireplace (eco friendly) and a projector is provided for movie watching at night.
The kitchen is fully fitted with all home comforts including a full size oven, grill and hob and Nespresso coffee machine.
Heating and hot water are supplied by your very own combo boiler and electricity is part generated by solar energy. The shower room also has a high pressure thermostatic shower, wash basin and flushing toilet.
Outside on your two large decks you are surrounded by an arboretum of trees and fantastic views. Your wood fired hot tub (heated up for your arrival) lights up for evenings and hydrotherapy bubbles help you to unwind. Your covered dining area is wonderful all year round with high quality furniture and dining table for those cosy dark nights. The decks also offers a free standing smokeless fire pit, an outdoor shower (in the Summer) twin sun loungers, extendable chairs to relax on, yoga mats and gas bar b q. The deck has subtle integrated lighting for cosy romantic evenings together.
NEW FOR SPRING 2025 we have added the additional large lower deck set in the woodland below, closer to the beck. This is accessed by steps from the first deck and allows guests to feel fully immersed in nature and enjoy the sound of the water.
We are now able to offer guests a special treat of a relaxing massage or facial with highly experienced professionals to give you that pamper you deserve whilst being outside in nature. Please contact us when booking for further details and prices.
SPECIAL OCCASION? We also offer a special celebration package for £120 which includes a bottle of Bollinger champagne, bouquet of flowers and handmade chocolates on arrival. Please mention this to us on booking and we will arrange this for you.
Other things to note
We have created this place within nature so you can hear and appreciate the sounds and tranquility of the water, trees and wildlife therefore we do not allow loud music or loud noise of any type and at time of day. This is a place to relax, reset, recharge and reconnect with nature.
Please note the bedroom area is of restricted height and has a narrow twisting staircase only suitable for able bodied guests.
Please bear in mind because of the compact nature of the treehouse storage for clothing is limited so pack light if you can.
Parking is 100 yards from the cabin.

The Pines Treehouse is situated in a quiet picturesque hamlet of Brokes just one mile from the quaint historic town of Richmond where you will find a variety of pubs, restaurants, shops, museums etc in additional to many gorgeous walks near the river.
Getting around
The treehouse offers your own private parking space within the grounds.
We are situated approximately 3 minutes drive from Richmond and the Yorkshire Dales are only 15 minutes drive away. Within the Dales there are many beautiful villages to visit with quaint cobbled streets, an abundance of history and amazing countryside.
