The rooms did not match the website. I payed more then what the person at the desk siad on line. No tv service. Kids are loud in the hallway ( been loud ever since I got here).

Need to be contacted. Bottom floor had flooding and the lady at the desk basically talked me out of staying there. Stating their rooms are not up to date and I should check before I pay for the room. Really unpleasant need a refund. Didn’t even stay there

I didnt stay and was told i would get a refund. I have the cancelation papers. It seemed unsafe. Half the ceiling was missing. The floorboards were gone and you could dsee the holes for (i guess)when they get put in.

Ok, I could not get here on the day I was to check in before midnight and called. Told them to hold my room. They did not. Arrived at 6a.m. I had to get a room and wait till 3 p.m. Two fire alarms. The laundry items quit working. The two eye stove top tried to catch on fire. Problems with the heating and air. The door card quit working randomly. Creative accounting because what you owe changes by the day. April the 11th, power goes out. Emergency light and door locks are not working properly for 30 mins. Fire alarms sound at around 10:30 p.m. There is a gas smell. A room on the 4th floor is on fire 🔥 with the window open. Water is rushing out of the bottom 4 doors. Water line broke and water heat ruptured. Water not restored to the building till 9p.m. on April 12th. No hot water as of 11:30 p.m. April 12th. Everyone on the first floor were sent to other hotels. I could not get to my room, police were blocking the hallway one night.

Was not in the room for more than an hour and roaches started crawling on the walls. I left immediately, and was told I was going to need to call back on Monday because the general manager would not be back until then to talk about the possibility of a refund. if I find bugs I should I have to talk about the possibility of a refund. The refund should be automatic. Disgusting hotel and abysmal service.

On the early morning of check out I along with other guest on the 4th floor was wakened from our sleep due to a very long altercation with guest arguing and fighting. This went on for a good 30 minutes. Those people left them came back up and continued to carry on some more. I called front desk several times and did not get an answer more a call back. I was very displeased by this.

My room wasn't ready at 1500hrs at check as stated it would be! So I had to take a first floor room. Sheets and Blanket was dirty with hair! After I told the on duty staff worker or Manger about the sheet and blanket. they wanted me to change the bed sheets!! I asked the staff member are you serious staff member. I stated that I didn'T WORK HERE!! The floor was sticky, VERY OLD BED! The pillows were so flat had to ask for 4 total, and still the pillows were flat!!! No room service for the weekend was performed, Toilet was broken...Very Small room for the price paid. VERY UNACCEPTABLE hotel room!! Will never stay here again!! Glad I only had two nights! The manager of the hotel needs to have an overhaul of the entire hotel!! Not enough staff to perform duties and give proper service to your guess!

We didn’t have house keeping we had to clean up our own room. Cause they clean up the rooms bi-weekly. Take out the trash clean the tub sweep the floor. A lady and her man was fighting 6 cops came to the hotel they was next door from me. I was on vacation I could enjoy my time being here and plus we didn’t have tissue for three days.

Beyond no frills
This hotel was not what I expected I'm just grateful that it was for one night only. The clerk said to us that the hotel is really for people of last resort or in transition. But I mean it really was no frills.
