Much to our delight, we found the coolest towel shaped animals decorating our bathroom, as well as decorated toilet paper and tissues! I would totally recommend this hotel!」

「The hotel staff is very nice. Good breakfast, room is clean and spacious, a lot of place to eat nearby. the only thing I would complain is wifi is not so good, 70% of the time there is no service or, the connection will drop again and again.」

The receptionist could have been a little friendlier during our check in, the lady that checked us out was nicer. The overall location was convenient because it was close to the highway and in front of a gas station. It’s also not far from downtown. 」

「Cynthia at the desk was amazing and super friendly. All of the staff was super helpful and accommodating. The only thing that was disappointing was the amount of noise around and in the property when 9:00 pm was the "quite time". I would have to sleep with headphones and music every night because there was so much noise by tenants as well as outside parking lot noise going on ALL night long which was stressful.」

「The young desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. The hot tub was not working, and the clerk explained there's very few companies in TN who could it. Doesn't help when you plan your stay for a hotel because they advertise a hot tub. The water temperature in the pool wasn't comfortable. The refrigerator wasn't working properly, the toilet ran, and there were several huge stinkbugs in the room. Other than that, the hotel was in a great location--safe and easy access to the highway. 」
