Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was exellent that’s why I rate it as 5 star regarding the hotel the only thing I didn’t like was the parking was $45 plus tax They should offer it for free or at least same price as other parking in area and was $20 to $25 also they didnt offer breakfast with the room and this has nothing to do with the hotel everything else was A plus"

"Check-in line up was long but it went fast once we reached the check-in person. It was easy to find our room, which was excellent. Nice size, clean, excellent bed, bathroom and towels. We didn't use the restaurants or bar but bought breakfast at the Starbucks downstairs. We were just there one night to see a concert. It was great to stay at the same hotel as the concert. Would recommend."

"Staff are all excellent! So lovely and welcoming! Rooftop pool and patio was so nice! Valet parking is worth every penny! Breakfast buffet is great, lots of variety and potions (but the juice containers are labeled so it could be iced tea or fruit punch? Who knows! lol. Clean and well maintained, but be advised that currently they have a few elevator problems so pack your patience during peak times or book a room on a low floor so you can take the stairs."

"We had a great stay at this hotel with my family,We love that it's only minutes walk to clifton hill, they also have an outdoor and indoor pool which the kids enjoyed the most. Although breakfast not included when you booked a room they have a restaurant separated by a door on their lobby if you're looking for a quick snack."
