「Very tropical feel, great breakfast. All ground floor rooms, very friendly & helpful staff. Free airport shuttle bus. No fridge, no AC, only veiling fan? Bathroom/ toilet has no windows. Bad noise insulation rooms. Small souvenir shop. 」

「Room is a bit small and reasonably clean. Location is great and free shuttle transfer can be arrange to drop off and pick up from nearby shopping mall, East Rand Mall. Buffet breakfast is also very good.」

The shower head was also not functioning properly, making it difficult to have a proper shower. Additionally, I ordered wings as a snack, and they were quite poor in quality—definitely not what I expected. Overall, these issues significantly affected my experience. I hope the hotel...
