“Non entro nel merito del fatto che la struttura fosse interamente occupata quando ci siamo presentati dopo aver regolarmente pagato e prenotato 15 giorni prima del nostro arrivo. Può capitare a tutti di sbagliare, e in un periodo di grande affluenza turistica può capitare di incappare in un overbooking.
