「We enjoyed the visit very much.We particularly enjoyed the hot tub/pool and just relaxing on the deck. In the morning the front deck is in the sun and by about 2PM it moves into the shade. That made for lovely serenity at Rimrock.」

「From the moment we arrived, the property was a treat. We entered to music playing throughout the house and outside. There were several nice touches, and especially appreciated the bathrobes that were available. This place was exactly what we were looking for and did not disappoint!」

「The Staff tried as people. As employees, they were forced to push a timeshare presentation on guests who may not even qualify. And promise rewards for attendance that they never give you after pporly screening their invited guests. The appointment takes nearly an hour to get to oneway and guests aren't compensated at all then. Cancel insured stay reservations due to late flight arrivals. Refuse clean towel services in a 5 day stay for 2. Their tv and internet went down due to unexpected events...

「It’s an older property, the property is tired. I had a unit that was across from the lobby. However, all the parking places are taken during the day from people that are looking at timeshares. There’s no parking on the street, so I had to park 50 yards from the door to my unit.」
