“We had a lovely stay at this charming Colonial style beachfront hotel. A highlight was also the charming restaurant which had many vegetarian and vegan options which can be hard to find in this region. Our room was spacious as well aa the terrace with lovely waterfront views. Highly recommend to anyone considering this hotel.”

“The hotel is clean and the staff are great, but the pictures posted of the location must be from several years ago.
The pool and hot tub are run down and there was only one lounge chair (old but still working) and a few plastic lawn chairs and tables around the pool.
The hot tub was full of sand and was not working and the pool had a garden hose running into it each day to top the water up.
Its only about a kilometer to the beach and there are several great restaurants nearby.

“Expedia is not updated for check in process. It is not Ganesh Hotel, it is village lodge. Regardless, we were redirected to the right place in village lodge and had the most amazing attentiveness and service by the owner, Caro, and our hostess, Luisa. Very beautiful beach loft in the middle of the jungle and 50 feet away from the most gorgeous secluded beach. Recommending this place to anyone who travels to Samaná. Not for people with disabilities or children.”
