  • This most exclusive complex in Rincon, is a 2,800 sq. ft, three story fully furnished and equipped Mediterranean style villa with air conditioning, comfortable kitchen, dining, living room and terrace on the first and Third floor. This amazing beach front villa with direct access to the beach is a stones throw from beautiful Antonio's beach and nearby to many of Rincon most beautiful beaches. This 145 acre gated, ocean front resort residential complex has two miles of private beach and is near down town Rincon and Aguada. Minutes away are dining, activities and shopping.

    The First floor has large living and dining room, entertainment room, half bath with water views, beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace area with gas grill, beach chairs, beach umbrella. It comes equipped, high speed Internet, Cable TV, wifi, PS3, two kayak, 2 26' bicycles, outdoor shower, and I-pod music player. The second floor has three bedrooms all with Balconies, AC, and two full baths. The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with private bathroom and ocean front balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed with superb ocean view to wake-up too. The third bedroom has a twin and full-size bunk bed facing gorgeous Rincon hills. We provide quality towels, beach towels, linens and pillows, hair dryer, ironing board.

    The third floor terrace provides lounge chairs for everyone to enjoy the beautiful view of the beach and sunsets of Rincon, an a view that seem like the waves are breaking literally at your feet. During the winter months, surfers are in the water at dawn, enjoying the surf Rincon is famous for. You can enjoy the tranquility of the ocean breezes, while humpback whales break the ocean surface. In the summer, the wild surf calms down to create intimate, secluded beaches where snorkeling takes the place of surfing. Near all the best surfing beaches like Sandy Beach, Marias Domes and Tres Palmas. There is always lots to do; scuba diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, deep-sea fishing, sailing, swimming, yoga and massage, long walks on the beach and of course those unforgettable sunsets every night. Absolutely beautiful property! Owners were wonderful, their home meticulously maintained. Safe, gated community, where you can walk the beach to restaurants. Rincon was laid back and perfect for our family vacation.

What a wonderful experience our stay at Marco and Magda's villa was! The house and surroundings are immaculate! Everything is very clean and comfortable! The kitchen has everything you need for cooking gourmet meals, every beach gear you would possibly need provided. The beach in front of the house is beautiful and we enjoyed our long morning walks. The water was calm in June and swimming was good but we opted to drive 10 minutes to Steps Beach where snorkeling was absolutely amazing- LOTS of fish, Elkhorn coral ( unfortunately mostly dead but still beautiful, some nicely regrowing!), fan coral and others I am unable to name. Most of all we were impressed by Marco's hospitality- he was very prompt with communicating details of his property, made sure we had everything we needed, sent us recommendations of nearby places to visit and restaurants. Excellent host , beautiful villa. We can't wait to return!

Our family had a great time staying at VillaNicky. The location was perfect. The house had everything that we needed including, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and beach chairs! It was so nice to check in and find a case of water, coffee and a bottle of wine! We will definitely be back

Villanicky was a wonderful location for our family Christmas vacation. Access to the beach was ideal and everything in the Rincon area is within a short drive. The property is filled with amenities and we especially loved the outdoor grilling area on the rooftop. A fantastic home to make memories - we recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, beautiful place to vacation.

Fantastic property and location. Owner communication was top-notch. Major Bonus- there was an island-wide power outage for the last 2-3 days of our stay, but the owner’s solar power backup kept the lights, fridge and ceiling fans running seamlessly.

Amazing!

Property was clean, roomy and overall accomidate all 7 guests comfortably. Hosts offer many ammenities and location is great. Beautiful views and must add, the restaraunt Conazo across the street from complex had the best food. No concerns with security and hosts were very accomodating and caring. Better than any hotel and would recommend this property again and again.

Wonderful house and location!

This property was amazing! It had everything you could need to get your stay started! We loved not having to pack anything for the beach other than our suits! We also appreciated the case of bottled water waiting for us on arrival. The property was very spacious and we loved sitting on the rooftop deck looking out over the beach! Spectacular as Always!

We always look forward to staying in Marco and Magda's Villa. We've stayed here for the past 3 years and it is always an excellent experience. It is perfect to disconnect, to enjoy quality time with the family and just steps away from the beach. The villa is also spacious, immaculately clean and has everything you need.
