"Really great staff who really know the area and cultivate the farm. They can give you information on ecology you won't find outside of guided tour groups in the park, and there's also yoga. The property is beautiful and it is easy to see birds. It is a pretty primitive property and so you should be expecting bug bites and no modern comforts. Bathing in rainwater is amazing, but it is also not warm. Also the ants really bite- I was itchy for a week afterward. So be careful. "

The washroom was clean and the rooms were really comfortable with AC and multiple beds, towels, and some blankets. "Pool area is a work of art beautifully blended into the surrounding rainforest, bar area and reception area were modern stylish and clean. Food is overpriced and the menu is not particularly adventurous, the limited choice of smoothies available was disappointing. And the coffee was alittle bland . Pleasingly there is a wide range of wildlife at the hotel.....red eye frogs and green iguanas to name a few, and even crocodiles in a lagoon about 5 minutes away. In summary this hotel has beautiful and stylish areas which are a pleasure to spend time the staff friendly and helpful but the over priced food and underwhelming coffee was a disappointment. "
