Great location. Directly on Atlantica Ave. walk across the street to the beach. In the heart of Copacabana. Bars, restaurants, nightlife. Minutes to all the main attractions like sugarloaf and Christ the Redeemer. Comfortable beds and strong shower. Can’t beat the price or location.

Great location, and communication!! Weird comment, but unlike many places ive stayed, the water pressure and temperature for the shower were as good as it gets :)

El departamento es muy acogedor y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. La zona es segura y tranquila, con muchos lugares de comida cerca, además de un supermercado y varias tiendas a pocos minutos. A tan solo 10 minutos se encuentra el mall, lo que facilita bastante cualquier necesidad de compras. Marco siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros, atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos, lo cual hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. ¡Muy recomendable!

We stayed at this apartment in the Copacabana Beach area-it’s lively, with plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The apartment itself is a bit older, but it was well-equipped with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and everything worked perfectly during our stay.The only minor downside is that, due to the central location, there were some homeless people nearby and occasional noise at night. I mentioned this to the host, Marcus, and he let me know he’s planning to install acoustic windows, so this should improve in the future.Marcus’s communication was excellent—he was always quick to respond and available via text whenever we needed him. Overall, a decent place to stay in Copacabana.

O anfitrião Marcos foi ótimo, educado e sempre prestativo durante toda a estadia. A senhora Lurdes, responsável pela limpeza, também merece destaque: muito simpática e cuidadosa, deixou o apartamento impecável. O local é simplesmente maravilhoso — em frente à praia de Copacabana, perto do comércio local e com tudo o que se precisa por perto. O apartamento é grande e espaçoso, conta com cozinha equipada com itens básicos para preparo de refeições e atende perfeitamente às necessidades de quem viaja em grupo. Fui com mais três amigas e acomodou confortavelmente, podendo receber até 6 pessoas, e quem sabe até 8.É uma ótima opção para quem deseja sair do apartamento e aproveitar a praia, já que basta atravessar a rua para estar com os pés na areia. Além disso, em frente ao prédio há uma viatura da polícia, o que transmite segurança.Apenas alguns detalhes úteis: os viajantes devem comprar água para abastecer a geladeira e, por ter apenas um vão de escadas, o apartamento também é recomendável para idosos.Recomendo sem reservas!

Nice Accommodations

Great location and the owner, Marcos, was attentive to our needs. My wife and I, and our adult son, had a great time. The space was comfortable and adequate for our needs. The only potential surprises for those coming from the U. S. is that there is no dryer to accompany the washer (you can hang up clothes to dry), and you pay for your electricity during your stay. For us, that was about 10-12 per day.
