“The hotel and concept are AMAZING. Staff was pretty helpful and accommodating and super friendly. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working at all and I was never told that even though I called before booking too verify all amenities. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the hot tub. We requested an early check in and it was approved but we actually didn’t get to check in until almost 2 hours after regular check in which isn’t until 4pm and early was 2 or 3. We didn’t get into the room……

“Area was quiet and safe. Bed was comfortable. Staff was not very friendly. It was a bit run down and decor was very out dated. Lots of towels provided, but they were very thin. Price was a bit high for a motel. ”
