「The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update.
We pay way too much for what we got. 」

「The host/neighbors was very nosey , everything was a problem from the parking, the noise we made ( awfully loud location with people playing music till 5am) but somehow we were a problem … wanted me to park in a steep hill with bad tires when there was plenty of parking .. felt like I was at a strict grandparents home. Far from everything . I don’t recommend for urban people like my family … place was clean and pretty tho, spacious … but just not a vibe . 」

「Our host Janet was exceptional!! She made us welcome before we ever reached Puerto Rico! Sent us things to do, checked on us regularly and generally and genuinely wanted our stay to be wonderful! She achieved 5stars here! The condo being right on the beach was perfect for anyone wishing to pop outside and land in the sand/water! We loved hearing the waves at night! 「I thought it was a beach front apartment. Was very unhappy when room faced another apartment bldg.Never told us about that parking space was our room number too or how to use elevator either. We never stayed in something like this apartment before. New to us. A woman that was staying in bldg told us how it everything worked with elevator. Tried calling numbers we had for help no answer and couldn't leave a message. No happy with stay.」
