It is our pleasure to offer you a little bit of paradise in our privately owned beachfront home Villa "Besos Zalados" (translated to Salty Kisses). This beautiful 3 bedroom 4.5 bath vacation home overlooking Las Picuas Beach is located in the gated community Ocean Forest in Rio Grande, on the northeast side of Puerto Rico, near the famous Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort. Spanning a little over 3000SF, this magnificent beachfront residence with its high ceilings and extensive windows will have you enjoying wonderful views from multiple vantage points. And let's not forget it's wonderful location with it's close proximity to an abundance of activities: golf, beach, pool, water sports, horseback riding, rain forest, restaurants, bars, and many many more.
From the moment you enter the house, you will be captivated by its elegant yet laid back beach feeling. The entryway draws you into a spacious layout made for entertaining. The kitchen, dining room and living room share that open concept with unbelievable views of the terrace, pool and beach. It is ideal for entertaining or just relaxing with your loved ones. The family room offers a comfortable space to relax and enjoy a little down time, with its flat screen tv and comfortable queen sleeper sofa, which could accommodate another 2 extra guests. Also on the first floor, the devine master suite, with king size bed and opulent ensuite with a jetted soaking tub and separate shower, has direct access to the terrace and pool. The second bedroom, known a s the Jr Suite, has a queen size bed with a Jack and Jill bathroom connecting to the family room. The third bedroom has two sets of double beds and an ensuite bathroom. Fresh linens and towels are included. The second story treats you to a large hang out loft room complete with a billiards table. Two twin size beds and a 4th bathroom add to a variety of sleeping arrangements. The 2nd story balconies offer you breathtaking views of El Yunque National Rain Forest as well as the Caribbean Ocean, thus the name of the complex, Ocean Forest. French doors invite you to the gorgeous outside with it's covered terrace, private infinity pool and direct access to the beach. Included in this outdoor living area is patio furniture, an outdoor half bath, an outdoor shower and some beach gear such as towels, chairs, inflatables and body boards, all included to make your vacation that much more enjoyable.
Villa Besos Zalados can accommodate 8 adults, up to 10 guests if children are included. It's a great house for families or groups. The villa has free high speed wireless internet, cable, TV, a fully equipped kitchen and all rooms and common areas have ac units. However, I recommend that during the day you open all the doors and windows to take full advantage of the soothing sound of the waves and the cool tropical trade winds.
While it might be tempting to spend all your time enjoying and relaxing in this wonderful villa, its ideal location serves as a great base to explore Puerto Rico. Near by lies the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort with its beautiful golf courses, restaurants, bar, casino and spa. Near by attractions include El Yunque National Rainforest, Carabali Adventure Park and the Luquillo Kiosks to name a few. Half an hour out is the city of Fajardo, where its marinas offer boat excursions to Puerto Rico's island towns Culebra and Vieques. And finally a day trip to Old San Juan (about a 45 minute drive) is also a must. Stepping into Old San Juan's blue cobblestone streets will feel like going back in time. The walled city still preserves its stunning colonial architecture alongside some of the island's best museums, restaurants, shops and nightlife.
