The resort is anchored by the Wyndham Rio Mar and is surrounded by 7 clusters of private residential villas and homes. The home prices range from $500,000 to $20,000,000. The resort is nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the "El Yunque Rainforest base," offering a secluded beach and stunning mountain views. The world-renowned Wyndham Resort is also located within the Rio Mar Resort Community, offering multiple restaurants, live music and dancing, indoor and outdoor bars, events, a casino, Margaritaville 5'Oclock beach bar, feeding of Iguanas, gift shop/convenience store, spa, gym, and more. You may also approach the hotel concierge desk to assist you in booking tours that will pick you up at the hotel, and while you are there, stop and say hello to our friends Bob and Geoff, the beautiful red and blue macaw.

The premises offer a wide range of amenities for guests. Guests have easy beach access, with the hotel's tiki bars providing drinks and food. Additionally, food outlets, entertainment options, a spa, a casino, a gym, a gift store, a convenience store, and tour booking services are available to all residents and guests of the private villas.
About The Beach Access
The beach in our community is secluded, exuding tranquility and exclusivity. Beach access along the hotel premises offers easy access to drinks and food at the hotel's tiki bars. It is less crowded than public access beaches, and regular maintenance ensures that it stays pristine. Accessing the beach is convenient, as it only takes a 4-minute ride or a 10-minute walk from the villa. The beach is accessible to hotel and residential guests at all points, and private beach chairs and coolers are also available at the villa for your added convenience.
About Pool Access
The swimming pool at Villa Las Brisas is exclusively for its residents. Hotel pools and the Beach Club is reserved for hotel guests and are not accessible to guests staying at private residential villas.
About Security
To access the villa, you will enter through the Main Guard Gate for Rio Mar and a secondary gate for "Villa Las Brisas. " Abundant Security is another unique feature of this community.
About the Villa
"Villa Buenaventura" is a three-bedroom, three-bath, 2,000-square-foot, two-story villa in Cluster 4 known as "Villa Las Brisas" within the Rio Mar Resort described above. The villa's décor boasts a mid-century vibe that blends perfectly with its natural surroundings.
The kitchen has everything you need for entertaining and a delightful stay: a coffee maker, espresso maker, blender, cooking tools, pots, and pans. You will find all you need to truly call this "your home away from home."
The living room has a 65" smart TV and a Bluetooth surround system that allows you to play your favorite music. All-natural acacia and teak wood furnishings offer a warm and inviting island feel. A comfortable sectional can double as an extra bed for a guest, a relaxing lounge chair recliner ideal for reading, watching TV, or an afternoon nap.
The dining room comfortably seats 8, the adjacent island seats 5, and the outdoor patio seats 4.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king-size adjustable memory foam bed and features plush pillows, soft and cozy blankets, and sheets. The ensuite primary bathroom is equipped with a tub and shower combination, a hairdryer, and a 52-inch TV, all of which are designed to provide guests with maximum comfort and convenience. My favorite detail is the battery-operated candles, which create a romantic atmosphere. The window in the room offers a breathtaking view of the golf course and allows guests to witness stunning sunrises.
The second bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, plush pillows, soft blankets, and cozy sheets to ensure a comfortable and restful sleep. In addition, a 42" television featuring a DVD player is available for entertainment purposes. This bedroom shares the downstairs bathroom with the third bedroom, or guests are welcome to use the upstairs bathroom. A hairdryer is at the disposal of guests for added convenience.
The third bedroom features three twin beds with plush pillows, soft blankets, and quality sheets. The room also has a Roku television with gaming console hookups. Guests have the choice of utilizing the downstairs or upstairs bathroom facilities.
The Bathrooms - The home has three bathrooms: one full bathroom upstairs with a shower and tub, one downstairs with a shower, and the primary bathroom ensuite in the primary bedroom with a tub and shower.
Nearby Attractions
Just outside Rio Mar, you'll find some of the locals' and tourists' favorite eateries and restaurants, such as Don Pepe, Dos Pansas, and the Kiosks de Luquillo, all within a 7-minute drive. These establishments offer everything from casual to fine dining and dancing overlooking the ocean.
Suppose you're interested in some exciting activities. In that case, Jet Skis are available nearby at the Kiosks de Luquillo, and horseback riding on the beach and ATV driving in El Yunque are all within a 5-minute drive at Hacienda Carabali. The renowned rainforest of El Yunque is situated just across from our resort. At the same time, the bustling metropolitan area of San Juan, the airport, Isla Verde, and Old San Juan are only a 20-25-minute drive away.
If you have some extra time, you can reach Fajardo within 15 minutes and catch the ferry to the stunning island of Culebra, where you can visit Flamenco Beach, one of the world's top 10 beaches.
