Beautiful villa

Nice villa in nice safe location, near airport, San Juan Luquillo, and El Yunque. Spacious for family reunion, lots of bathrooms and a pool.

Roomy, Comfortable, Excellent Location!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay over the holidays with our family of 6. Check-in was very smooth and easy. And hosts were always available for questions, restaurant recommendations, etc. loved the place - very comfortable and we really enjoyed spending time on the beautiful covered balcony. Would definitely come back!

Amazing place. Very clean with many amenities. Property owner easy to reach and very attentive. Had a great time with a group of family of 8. Resort and beach accessible. Gorgeous setting. Highly recommend.

Relaxation

The property was excellent as described. Vanessa was super responsive to our questions and helpful when a member of our party needed medical care. Although the villa does not have its own generator, there were ample lanterns throughout. The Wyndham Rio Grande complex was beautiful and the area was peaceful. The beach was conveniently located and was a favorite for our group of travelers.

A perfect island oasis

The property is beautifully designed and modern. From the moment you walk in the door the manager explains everything from check in to check out. Vanessa was extremely hospitable and helpful. The island had a full black out and she helped as much as she possibly could for the14 hours we were all without power..i would only recommend if renting vehicles to get around the island , to not get a huge vehicle because the property is on a narrow hill and small parking areas. Otherwise it's a 10/10 in every way!

Amazing vacation spot

Everything was just fantastic. The communication was great, the property was everything we expected. We have a 7 person family, teens, toddlers and one under 2. We had plenty of room and everyone had a blast! Thanks!

Beautiful property, excellent hosts!

We had a wonderful stay. Vanessa was super helpful and fun to talk with. The view was gorgeous and the pool was clean and right next to the apartment. The apartment slept the 10 of us comfortably. The mattresses are surprisingly comfortable and high quality. We loved the pool table too! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Property

This villa has everything you need! Felt like we were at home. The property was large and fit our family of 8 perfectly. Beds were comfortable. Lots of fun thing to do locally, and the kids enjoyed both the pools! The host was friendly and neet us at the property to give us a tour. Would love to return.

You should stay here!

I have to say that the hosts were so personable and friendly. Went way, way, way beyond to make sure we were happy. The location of the unit within the larger resort area was good and we could walk to the beach club. But the semi-private pool was so luxurious. Restaurants and groceries were not far. El Yunque is so close!

Paradise

Beautiful place, beautiful resort, amazing host. Our plane was late, like really late. We were scheduled to get in at 5 in the afternoon, but we ended up arriving around 11:30 when nothing was open. Vanessa not only stayed to greet us, she bought us groceries and made sure our first day was wonderful, not busy immediately running errands. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks so much for a beautiful stay. The area is 5 minutes from the rain forest, a quick walk from gorgeous beaches, and a short drive from beautiful San Juan. It was awesome.

Family Vacay

The unit and resort were really great. Vanessa was so very responsive to our every need-- to supplying games for expected rainy days, to helping us try to work out glitches in AC, and even bringing over glasses. Unfortunately, the hot water situation wasn't cleared up in one of the bathrooms and it seems from previous reviews this is a long standing problem.

Great place for our large group

We had a large group of 21 family members of all ages split across this Villa and a secondary property from the same owners and they were both clean and fully stocked with plenty of room and bathrooms to be comfortable. The pool was right outside our door and got plenty of use. Everyone was friendly in the area and the booking process was easy. Vanessa greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the property. She is very friendly and was extremely helpful working with us to plan excursions ahead of our trip so that all our time was organized and we could see a lot of the island. We would definitely come back to stay again.

Spacious Villa

The villa was very spacious for our group of 10. It was cleaned and in great condition with renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Having a pool table provided great entertainment, and the accessible beach being only a 2 minute drive down the hill was great. The pool is right accross the parking from the front door, and we enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the balcony listening to the birds everyday. There are plenty of restaurants close by (you'll need a car), and the bakery and icecream shop in the main road leading to the resort were a hit. We ate at Nativa at the Kioskos, and the food was delicious with great service. We really enjoyed staying at this villa despite not having an ocean view. The golf and mountain views were pretty and relaxing. Vanessa was very attentive and easy to reach. Thanks for sharing your villa with us!

Roomy Villa

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful 3-bedroom, 4-bath villa in Las Brisas. The villas are on the gorgeous Wyndham resort's property. You will need a car to enjoy the area. There is a very nice pool just steps from the villa, but everything else must be accessed by car. Our hosts, Patricia and Cima were fantastic at communicating and they answered any questions we had about the stay and area. Our flight was delayed for several hours in Miami which put us arriving late at the villa. Cima was gracious and met us at the villa for a thorough check-in. Our family of 6 adults had plenty of room, hot water, and private space. The balconies faced east to view the morning sun and manicured golf course. The listing is exactly as pictured and described. We enjoyed the central location that enabled us to visit Old San Juan, the rainforest, Liquilla Beach, Fajardo, snorkeling and kayaking a bio-luminescent bay. On our last day, we spent some time in the largest mall in the Carribean which is located in San Jaun and enjoyed the local culture.

Puerto Rican Girl’s Trip

We (myself and 4 other friends) were blown away with the location and accommodations of this Rio Mar VRBO. Booking our dates was a breeze and the communication with the property managers was timely and informative. We were given all of the information needed to easily find and access the location. We were met at our arrival and given a tour, imperative information as well as local recommendations for dining and entertainment. The Villa was modern and beautifully decorated with a kitchen and living room on the main floor. All 3 bedrooms are located downstairs and allowed for privacy. Having 4 full bathrooms for 5 girls was amazing!! Access to the restaurants at the Wyndham Resort allowed for some delicious dining. We also very much enjoyed the community pool just steps away and the lounge chairs at the community beach. Rio Mar is the perfect location, minutes from El Yunque and Luquillo, as well as an easy drive to San Juan or Fajardo. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful action in Puerto Rico!

Our Anniversary Nightmare

First of all we chose this place for the pool table and it had 4 bathrooms. We get there and was told that unit was not available due to it flooding and we were given another unit. Not what we wanted but overall satisfied. The host was gracious enough to give us a credit for the inconvenience. We stayed in the unit 3 days. On the 3rd day water was gushing like a faucet from the ac unit. This of course had nothing to do with the unit or the host. There was work being done outside and the roof guys were power washing the roof. Vanessa came right away and offered to put us in another (upscale) unit. She came right away with her son and helped us repack all of our belongings and moved us to this beautiful villa where we spent the rest of our vacation (7 days total) I will say this in spite of all the bs Vanessa was VERY apologetic, helpful, attentive and just a phone call away. She went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable and enjoyable vacation and I will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

Overall it was a great place to stay. It’s a bit of a long drive from front gates to condo, especially after gates close but all in all we really enjoyed it.

Wonderful Family Time

The house was great and Vanessa was so helpful! I had 3 teenagers and a tween in our party and they all had a great time at this home. It was comfortable for everyone and the boys loved the pool table and having the pool close by in the evenings. The property and location were all awesome!
