There were no air condition in the eating areas, there were not a wide variety of food at the buffets, the alcohol drinks were lacking variety, the alcohol was not top shelf, the food could have tasted better, the ocean view was limited.

The service was terrible upon arrival you have to wait like in a prison no one knows where the main lobby is, the first day as soon as I arrived the room was dirty after waiting 3 hours for it there were no towels or iron and the safe did not lock, the employees enter and leave the rooms without permission, they take the iron without questions, when they really clean they only make the beds they do not change sheets and towels you have to ask for them every day and they bring them one at a time even if you have reserved for a family of 4, things are lost from the notes and there is no one to complain to, it took more than two days to make a report of a clock that disappeared from my note and there was not a single person to make the complaint to, they made me fill out a complaint but they did nothing, they tell you that it is done online but in reality the complaint does not work nobody responds, when you reserve in the restaurants for dinner they treat you and you have worse food than at the buffet, very stressful for a resort it feels like an unsafe and dirty motel, the water park that is supposed to be children's entertainment is always closed They open it for 5 minutes a day and create many inconveniences for use, it is definitely not a family space, drunks harass teenagers and there is no security or anyone to complain to, I stayed four days because once there you have no other options, especially if you are from another country like Europe or the United States

the check in supposed to be at 3:00 pm and I have to wait almost two hours to get my key for my room there were no towels in the room until 8;00 pm and for breakfast we have to wait and make a lane very disappointed

We had a nice family stay and enjoyed the various pools and beach. The food was decent and the service was good. You need to book early if you want one of the restaurants (same day only), This was a nice way of changing up the dining format. The whole resort was very well maintained and in a beautiful spot. We also spent a nice morning at the quiet and deserted Playa Santa Clara which was a short drive away.

I liked the property mainly the pools and simplicity to do everything. I did not like the lack of maintenance into the rooms and poor options in snacks restaurantes. Also not good at all the need to wake up at 6 am to book a restaurante. At the end the money paid vs the value received was not good at all.

No recomendaria ir a este lugar a NADIE. La peor experiencia desde el Check in. Trato segregacionista, demorado, las habitaciones viejas, sucias, aire acondicionados en mal estado. Comida mala y limitada en casi todos los restaurantes. Pagamos la opción "VIP" o "Plus" y en ningún momento nos sentimos bien tratados, no me imagino cómo es el servicio en la versión standard. No vayan, no pierdan tiempo ni dinero.

Very well maintained. Gardens and pools are clean. Did not liked the check in organization. Booked a room with sea view and if have not insisted , I would have got a different room. They claimed the app , but eventually I received the room I have booked.

Estar en este hotel ha sido la peor experiencia de mi vida. Primero llegue y reserve frente al mar y me entregaron en planta baja frente al jardín y lo peor me entregaron una habitación llena de humedad, moho, telarañas, fue horrible. Al pedir que me cambiaran de habitación me dijeron que no era posible y que tendría que esperar a la noche que una quedara vacía. A las 7 de la noche me entregaron una habitación, tuve que cambiarme en el bano mientras . La habitación nueva era completamente igual que la anterior, en planta baja y llena de moho aunque había reservado vista al mar , aun así ya por el cansancio que tenia decidí quedarme. Sali a cenar y me acosté a dormir , a las 2 de la madrugada el huésped de al lado ingreso a su recamara, borracho y al parecer drogado. Me pusieron en una habitacion compartida es decir con una puerta en el medio, el hombre casi me tumba la puerta a golpes, queria ingresar por mi balcon, les llame llorando porque tenia miedo y nadie me ayudo. les pedi irme y que me reembolsaran y me dijeron que no, les pedi cambio NUEVAMENTE de habitacion y me dijeron que no habia , osea que segun ellos tenia que quedarme en esa habitacion en peligro con ese hombre quien se encerro y por ningun motivo salio, apesar que llego la policia. Mi esposo se molesto y al fin logramos OTRO CAMBIO DE HABITACION, sin embargo me cambiaron a una super cerca de ese hombre, quien tampoco le pidieron salir del hotel.
