On the ground floor with its own entrance inside it has undergone a conservative restoration that has enhanced its atmosphere. It consists of a single room equipped with kitchenette (small fridge without frezzer, microwave oven, electric stove with two burners, sink and washing machine); a sofa bed (130x190) a fixed bed (130x190), bathroom with shower stall, toilet, sink. The LOFT is air-conditioned for hot and cold and is equipped with TV.
Rio Marina is a pretty town with a history linked to mineral extraction and fishing and tourism activities, where you can still breathe the typical atmosphere of the villages inhabited by the "people of the sea," with the small stores, sweets and typical dishes, restaurants where you can taste the catch of the day cooked with extreme care and with recipes sometimes very old. The small beach of La Torre is gravel and is located in the center of town, while nearby there is the beautiful bay of Ortano, the beach of Le Fornacelle, i Topinetti, Cala Seregola, the Coves of il Portocciolo, Gennaro, Luisi d'Angelo to finish with Cavo until you reach Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri.
