Ruhig und tolle Aussicht

Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet. Tolle Pools, auch unten mit Meerwasser. Süsswasser Pool leider zu kurze Öffnungszeiten und ein wenig blöde Baderegeln für Kleinkinder. Der Erwachsene darf nicht mit baden nur überwachen. Grosse Wohnung und ganz tolle Aussicht. Temperaturen in der Wohnung waren noch angenehm auch ohne Klimaanlage. War aber am Tag auch nur um 33 Grad.

Bellissima vacanza! Un appartamento spazioso, con una vista fantastica. Il complesso residenziale tenuto bene, personale simpatico e molto disponibile. Posto tranquillo, anche in Agosto! Una bellissima vacanza.

Bell'appartamento in un posto unico

Tranquillità massima, però si deve considerare che eravamo praticamente in bassissima stagione. Ad Agosto temo sia parecchio affollato. Comunque località e mare stupendi

Niet conform advertentie

We waren niet geheel tevreden. Zoetwater zwembad slechts te gebruiken van 10:00-13:00 en 16:00-19:00. Zeer strenge badmeesters en niets mag. Het resort is vooral gericht op Italianen. Slechts weinigen spreken Engels. In tegenstelling tot de advertentie is er geen WiFi. Alleen bij zwembad maar die werkt niet. Wij konden de woning pas een uur na de incheck tijd betreden, de schoonmaak was niet klaar. De auto kan niet bij de woning worden geparkeerd. Locatie is mooi. Snorkelen in de zee is erg leuk en goed te doen vanaf de woning. Het pad van de woning naar de zee is een hoogte verschil van zo’n 50 meter.

Appartamento spazioso e molto pulito, balcone con vista mozzafiato. Bellissime la spiaggia e le piscine. Mare favoloso!!! Discese e scale per raggiungere le piscine - può essere un problema per una persona anziana.

Soggiorno indimenticabile!

Tantissimi i pregi di questo appartamento che e' situato in posizione ideale, vicino alle piscine e al mare con una vista mozzafiato sulla costa e sul verde. La terrazza e' il pregio principale dell'appartamento dove si puo ammirare l'alba, mangiare al fresco, riposarsi e leggere fino a tardi. Il soggiorno ci ha riservato delle piacevoli sorprese: il silenzio che nel residence e' considerata cosa sacra e tutti lo rispettano; poca gente negli spazi comuni anche nelle settimane di ferragosto; la gentilezza del personale e soprattutto di Daniela, la concierge. Due settimane sono state poche per esplorare tutto il dominio di Capo d'Arco: passeggiate e scorci sul golfo di Porto Azzurro, escursioni nei vicini borghi ed attrazioni naturali. I nostri figli hanno adorato giocare a tennis nei campi a pochi passi dal residence, giocare a ping pong, passare ore in piscina (ben sorvegliata dai bagnini), tuffarsi nel mare pulitissimo, mangiare la pizza napoletana (quasi) tutte le sere. Un ringraziamento particolare al proprietario per le attenzioni e la cura dell'appartamento. Abbiamo passato un'eccellente vacanza e certamente torneremo!

ottimo scenario, merita!

appartamento che rispecchia la descrizione, ampio ( noi eravamo 5 adulti e con le 3 camere e i due bagni siamo stati alla grande!!!), areato e con una vista spettacolare, in un contesto forse unico a l'Elba per quello che offre: piscine varie, bar ristorante e pizzeria, un'eccezionale cura per il verde, tanta tranquillità e naturalmente il mare... bellissimo!!!

Nous venons de passer une semaine excellente. L'appartement très propre, très bien placé dans une belle résidence avec ses deux piscines en bord de mer. La gardienne Danielle, très accueillante. Merci Enrico !!!

Un incanto del Isola d'Elba

Siamo stati una settimana dal 13 al 20 luglio 2019 e possiamo confermare che è un posto meraviglioso, immerso nel verde, tranquillo per chi ama il silenzio e la pace. Si gode del mare splendido, di colore turchese incantevole, piscine ben curate, passeggiate nella pineta. La piscina con acqua marina è tanto insolita quanto piacevole, la consigliamo vivamente a tutti! L'appartamento è tenuto molto bene, spazioso, ben aerato sia di mattina che di sera, si può fare a meno di usare l'aria condizionata anche nelle giornate più calde. C'e' tutto l'indispensabile per un soggiorno confortevole. A pochi chilometri si trovano Rio Marina e Porto Azzurro con locali tipici, supermercati ecc,, per strada si può acquistare frutta e verdura fresca e vini elbani. Una settimana passa troppo velocemente. Se ne avete le possibilità, merita di soggiornarci più a lungo!

Consigliatissimo!

L'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato è molto bello e confortevole con una bellissima vista mare. Il proprietario si è rivelato una persona molto corretta e disponibile. Il contesto in cui si trova l'alloggio è meraviglioso. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, torneremo sicuramente.
