The rate does not include: Mandatory extra
cleaning in case of the presence of animals (€14.00 per day per animal and up to 1 small animal). Large dogs are not allowed). The admission of animals to the facility must be authorized in advance by the owner after communicating the number of animals, size and breed.

Villa Perelle is an independent private residence, a typical country house recently renovated, located in the eastern part of the Island of Elba. Surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, among olive trees and majestic centuries-old cork trees, it represents an exclusive refuge for those looking for privacy, nature and comfort just a few minutes from the sea. The renovation has been able to enhance the original structure, preserving its authentic charm and enriching it with refined details in a refined rustic style: delicate tones, natural materials and elegant furnishings are combined in well-kept and welcoming environments. All spaces are air conditioned, ensuring well-being in every season. The property also enjoys a panoramic and strategic position, a short distance from the suggestive coves and crystal clear waters of Rio Marina and Cavo, easily accessible by car.

The villa is spread over two levels, with an internal area of about 150 square meters. GROUND FLOOR — Living room with open space kitchen with ornamental fireplace, sofas and TV; a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and direct access to the garden; a bathroom with shower and laundry room. FIRST FLOOR — Double bedroom with en suite bathroom; two double bedrooms, one of which is divisible; a bathtub; panoramic terrace with a view of the gulf with access from two bedrooms. The laundry room has access from outside. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room.

Park:

Villa Perelle is surrounded by about 6,000 square meters of land, partly fenced with a two-stream wooden fence, and surrounded by olive trees, cork trees and lush Mediterranean vegetation, which diffuses the scents of rosemary, myrtle and juniper into the air. The well-kept and functional garden has a panoramic terrace furnished with a dining table, umbrellas and a built-in barbecue. To complete the outdoor spaces, a hot tub for six people, harmoniously inserted into the landscape, offers an exclusive corner where you can relax at sunset, enjoying the suggestive view of the valley. There is also a bowling green, ideal for outdoor leisure. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually done in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.

Access roads: 1 km of paved road from Rio Marina, then a short descent and about 400 m of unpaved road leading to the driveway gate shared with another property. Not suitable for sports cars or vehicles with low ground clearance
