「Inside the house, things were fine. No complaints other than the drapes in front room, and dining area had over a foot of material resting on the floor, easily covering up heating vents - health/fire hazard? Outside the house, the yard is in total disrepair. Steep porch steps with no rail - another health risk for elderly people like us. Nice community. Nice house. Just needs better care.」

「Overall a very good deal for the money. The house had every amenity for a comfortable stay including a large covered patio which was really handy because it rained several days during my stay. The fence surrounding the backyard appears to be held up by posts attached to the tree. It creaks and moves when windy. Also, the immediate neighborhood surrounding the house isn’t great but the convenience to other things to do is nice.」

「This place suited our needs nicely. For the most part the place was clean. The actual location is kind of funky, but once you figure it out it’s pretty easy to access. The only complaint I have is the lighting in the master bed/bath/closet. Totally inadequate.」

「Booked this place with my teenage daughter. We were staying in the area for Holo Holo Cali, a music festival held at the Toyota Amphitheater. This was an great place to stay! Close to where we needed to be for our show along with plenty in the area in the way of shopping. The home is beautiful, very clean & comfortable. The pool was the main attraction, hands down. We can not wait to return for another stay.」

It had everything that we needed, except that I would have loved a tv in each bedroom. On the minus side, the paintwork in the bathrooms needs a little attention.
