「The hotel facilities are very good, the reception is very helpful and friendly. Overall is very good. The only problem is the transportation, i had landed in Alicante Airport at 10:00pm but could find a shuttle bus available, i finally took a bus to be there. As it's only 5 mins distance by car, i was charged Eur 9.00 with every hour shuttle bus to Airport. If the shuttle bus service is charged and talking about 5 mins. i wondered customer needed to pay Eur 9.00 / seat and wait for almost 1 hr.」

「Quiet, clean and comfortable. Not in downtown but there are taxis and buses around. You can also walk to the city, around 3 miles. Food at the hotel was ok and price is reasonable.」

「Staff were brilliant and helpful, rooms were basic but clean, unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed as it was out of season but it would have been nice to know that beforehand. Perfect location for La Mata only a very short distance to the town with lots of choice for bars and food. Request a sea view early if you want one. 」

「Our second stay at this hotel and again, it was such a lovely experience. The hotel is right next to the beach, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Our favourite is The Gap, run by JB and Bliss. Looking forward to staying again same time next year.」
