"We love staying at the McCormick. The room cleanliness is superb, kudos to the housekeeping staff for doing a superb job of keeping the rooms clean and tidy. The patio is an amazing place to enjoy the view with a cocktail and good company. The pool is great for relaxing and cooling down on a hot day. The facility is showing its age and is in need of refreshing. The carpets are dated and worn. The hallways are in need of better lighting and a facelift; they are plain and not very comforting. Our bed was okay, but the mattress needs to be replaced soon. The marketplace area needs to be improved, especially the frozen items that seemed to be freezer-burned. Make some major improvements or do away with it altogether. Food was great, but the bartender/server seemed very overwhelmed, especially on a busy night. He did his best and was kind and apologetic for the extended wait times in getting the food or drink to your table, but we understood his predicament. Kudos to him for doing his best and having such a positive attitude while doing it. The grounds are very well kept and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will be back, hopefully, some much-needed improvements will be made. "

"This place is a gem. Large expansive rooms (Villas), iconic Arizona scenery, fantastic Spa, multiple pools and restaurants. Great service overall my the employees."

"They would not accommodate late checkout on a Monday and one of the two pools was entirely closed for renovations."

"Easy parking, quick check in, free breakfast. The attendant at breakfast was very attentive and he always made sure tables were quickly wiped for and ready for the next guest. Food was restocked regularly. Coffee is grind on demand machines and was delicious. "

"Very nice place for the price. Staff was great and breakfast was great. There is an indoor skydiving place next door that sounds like a helicopter is landing when their fans turn on. Ac unit is dated and noisy. Great area lots to do."

"Property was in the process of closing down the following week for a rebranding effort. It was in need of basic maintenance/repair, "breakfast" was marginal, carbo rich lacking any protein. Front desk personnel were mostly unfriendly and unhelpful. Expedia needs to do better due diligence before listing properties."
