“Room was clean. Plenty of space, living area, bathroom and kitchen appliances (washer and Stove).
Staff were very helpful, polite and assisted with luggage on arrival. Given directions to public parking lot just around the corner, with entrance from the rear of the pub also providing access to the parking lot. (Pay and display). Lot clears out after school day ends, and first hour free, no charge 6pm to 8am, the first hour free the next day.
Had supper at the venue, good food, basic menu.……

“Room was very clean. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Food in the restaurant was delicious. My only criticism would be that there was only a small desk top fan. And in the middle of a heatwave the room was ridiculously hot.”

“Lovely new and well thought out Studlo.
Ideal for a couple. We particularly liked the wet room and the velux windows with blinds and the large off-road parking area.
Would have liked a small table or stool on the far side of the bed for glasses, water, etc.
Would also have liked more than just 2 tea bags for our 2-night stay.
But overall it’s a lovely property.”

“Large, sprawling property with good amenities for wheelchair customers but with long corridors that may be challenging for guests who have other walking aids or breathing difficulties. Excellent breakfast with a good range of hot and cold items and some healthy options. Warm and friendly greeting from staff on arrival. Large car park that empties out overnight but VERY busy on a Sunday morning (extremely difficult to find a vacant space). Easy to pay for parking using a machine in the lobby……

“The staff at this hotel are charmingly Yorkshire and welcoming. A refreshing change from more 'corporate' but less personal treatment of guests. Born in West Yorkshire myself, I loved the chatty friendliness of the staff with their typically Yorkshire sense of humour that made my visit such a pleasure. I'll definitely return. The food was excellent, the rooms modern and immaculate. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that I could hear the people in the next room talking way into……
