「Clean rooms, friendly service, a wide variety of breakfast options, and very convenient valet parking.」

「This review is for the 2 Queen River View Room. Compared with the 2 Queen Deluxe room, which I had before, the 2 Queen River View Room had a larger bathroom, full-height closet (important for hanging dresses/long garments), luggage rack without asking, 2 bathrobes (instead of 2), 2 facial masks, and a vanity amenities box (cotton balls & swabs, makeup-removing wipes). Beds were good; Wi-Fi worked; room temp adjustable. Lots of storage/drawer space and furniture surfaces. Good bedside charging...

「When I check in, the staff don't have smile, the whole procedure was in a serious face。Wifi setting was difficult, TV remote control also not user friendly。 Breakfast was terrific。 Good location easy to walk to river side。」

「The breakfast was very generous—but above all, the dining environment was very comfortable.」

「good」

「the AC is too loud. can't sleep anyway」

「Staffs are friendly! The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing.」

「This hotel was great! It’s in a good location - super easy to walk to most things. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We did not use any of the amenities nor room service, so I have no comment on those things.」
