Great location and very easy to navigate around the city from this hotel. Staff were really helpful all the time, and a nice choice of food on offer at breakfast. If i was to be hyper critical I would say the room was a little dated, but it was a very minor point Overall, great location and I would not hesitate in staying here again

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place in downtown Chicago. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the hotel itself was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, and the customer service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Delicious and wide selection at breakfast. We had a wonderful view from our room, shower was fully stocked, overall a very easy stay. Staff was helpful and let us keep our bags there until our flight home. Would stay again for proximity to good food and the river!

We enjoyed our stay! The area is very walkable and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and the addition of a continental breakfast every morning was a great perk. My family would stay here again in the future.

Conveniently located. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was clean with a great view. The pull out sofa bed was not very comfortable for an adult, but probably no different than any other pull out bed. Free breakfast was nice although the dining room was a bit cramped / crowded in the AM. It is a family friendly stay at a good price for the area. We would stay here again.
