Very close to Wrigley Field, easy to get to and easy in and out. Very comfortable. It's a very nice neighborhood. It would be a good place to stay for a group. With that being said, even though we had no issues you still share a bathroom with other guests. That and parking were the only downsides as far as we are concerned.

Booking this property was easy enough. However, once we received the check in instructions, we were asked to pay an additional deposit to “Chicago Daily Rentals” under the email address of duboischicago@gmail.com. When I looked up this address, there were comments about fraud. As we were driving down from Canada to support our daughter in the Chicago Marathon, hotels were booked solid or being offered at outrages nightly fees. We sent the money and photo ID and hoped for the best. We received an email confirming the PayPal amount had gone through and instructions on how to enter the property as it was a self-check in. When we got to our room where the key was in the door as indicated, the bed had not been changed and there were wet towels on the floor. We were extremely disappointed and frustrated. After driving 10 hours we wanted to shower and catch a nap before dinner. We called and had a challenging conversation with the man who answered. We had to go out right away so we left our belongings and hoped for the best. When we returned later that evening, the sheets had been changed and clean towels were available. The property itself is very clean and nicely appointed while the shared bathroom is modern and bright. It was a disappointing process and while they sent us the standard note of apology, it doesn’t change the fact that we could not use what we were paying for upon check in. We felt we wasted our money on the first day.

The four of us were extremely happy with these accommodations! The site is less than a block from Wrigley Field, excellent location. Everything was perfect within! We were SO Satisfied with this location that we have HIGHLY recommended it to our family members who attend Cubs games.

This area of Chicago is SOOOOO nice! Gorgeous homes, lovely biking infrastructure. This place was great! I was on a month long rock climbing road trip so an affordable (but super nice) stay in Chicago for me to do laundry and shower was super needed!

Excellent location (lots of walkable stuff), updated nice accommodations, and a great price. I would stay here again. However, beware of two things. 1) You might be sharing the place with strangers. I stayed for two nights for business, and the first night, the people staying in another room were quiet and kept to themselves (as did I). The second night, a more rowdy group moved in, and I finally had to ask them to tone it down around 11 p.m. (I think they were shocked that I was there). 2) The deposit policy is not great; it’s a little clunky, and I finally had to request my deposit refund almost two weeks after I checked out. Communication was good.

We stayed here for 2 nights (on non Cub game days). The location is the best part about this spot. We stayed in the bunk room. The pros: beds were comfortable, room and shared bathroom was clean, enough space for 2 people for a short stay. Amazing location. We would recommend that a garbage can is added to the room as well as wash clothes. Also the door to our room squeaks and needs some WD40. The AC in our room didn’t work so we bought a fan and opened the window. I communicated this with the host and didn’t get a response back. Would recommend for a short stay.
