“Pros: The check-in process was very smooth, all-done online and through whatsapp. They allowed me to check-in at 12 pm for free, since the room was already ready. Everything was clean and set up nicely. Free water, coffee, earplugs Very close to the S-Bahn, so transportation is very easy Friendly staff Cons: The room did not look like any of the ones in the pictures, but it was mostly similar. There was a big circular brown burn stain/mark on the ground. It was only one double sofa bed,……

“Disappointing Stay – Good Location, Poor Room Condition I stayed at Apartmenthaus Berlin Neukölln while visiting Berlin for a gig nearby. The location was convenient, with good transport links, and the check-in process was very easy. Unfortunately, these were the main positives of my stay. The room itself was in poor condition and fell short of my expectations. There was no kettle, and although they offered a coffee machine as an alternative, the drinks were not heated properly. There was also……

“Sehr freundliches Personal.

“The staff is absolutely friendly, helpful and attentive, I had a parcel to the Hotel while I stay and the staff helped me to follow up. Hotel location is close to bakery, restaurant and shopping mall and you can find grocery there. The hotel location is just 5 mins (max) next to famous painting on East Side Gallery. Easy to find. I would like to say thanks for everything in this hotel.🙏”

“A fabulous boutique hotel with great links into the city, great staff, great food and a stunning room overlooking Orania Platz.”

“Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed and clearly very well cared for- our room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff made our stay especially memorable. Luca took the time to arrange a late check-in with us and, once we arrived, sat down with us and gave us some fantastic recommendations for Berlin. Ella also made us a coffee that was so good I was still thinking about it days later. The shower was fabulous, and the water……
