Acceptable place
This is apartments not really a hotel. There is no restaurant and not possibility for breakfast on the facility. There is a VERY expensive cafe where you can buy coffee, water and some cakes, but around the corner is a cafe (“1 cafe” is the name) which is acceptable and more fair prices.
The facility has cleaning and fresh water on request, so remember to ask for it every day.
Generally a silent place after midnignt , for business I would come back for for sure not for vacation.
No pool - no gym, nothing, just a room, but spacy and relatively quiet

Room was ok. But it lacked any kitchen stuff. This is not a regular hotel, I was a bit disappointed by that. It had no gym or on site restaurant. Staff was super courteous and very helpful.

Check other Rafa locations before this one
I'm a regular at Rafa group. My first stay was in this hotel in 2021 and my last two visit to Riyad prior to this my business dictated to be at Altaawon location, so I was excited to return to back to this location again.
Pros:
Great location.
Accessible to several highways.
Within walking distance from:
Grocery shop
Hospital
Pharmacy,
Laundry services
A Number of cafes.
Cons:
Not properly priced

The rooms definitely need an upgrade.
Cleanliness has gone down. staff need to give more attention to what's left out of the guest's rooms. my next-door Neighbour left food out the door and for 2 days no one has picked it up. I had to ask someone to actually do his work and clean up the aisle.
Would I return to Rafa? Yes, but not to this location

I spent two nights at that hotel. However, no service room was provided. No water bottles were added on the second night. No coffee, Nescafe, or teas were added during the second night. Two nights for $257. It does not deserve this money.
