「The hotel is clean and well maintained, with view of a port. The spring pools are great (both the male and female sides have the same standard and traditional raw pools). The lobby is spacious and has a calm atmosphere.」

「very friendly and helpful staff, view of the room is perfect, room is very spacious and well-equipped. highly recommended. 」

「This hotel was outstanding in every way—from the quality of the food and the professionalism of the staff to the cleanliness and well-maintained amenities. The pearl spring bath was absolutely incredible, and the sunrise view was simply breathtaking—truly unforgettable experiences that made the stay even more special.」

「Apartment was clean, spacious, and featured new appliances and new construction. Location was conveniently close to a major train station as well as several restaurants and convenience stores. Check-in was a little cumbersome and due to equipment failures we were not able to use key cards and had to share a single unit key.」

「Room comfortable quiet Food superb If room can supply hot spring water much better」

「Beautiful Bay Area views, worth to stay for several days. The breakfast and dinner are excellent.」
