Our stay was pretty good. The only thing that was missing was wash clothes. I'm sure if we raised the issue, management would have been on it immediately because they were great to work with.The place was clean and close to much if the night life. In all we would come back.

The space was very clean and well organized when we arrived. All the amenities worked well, and we felt very secure during our stay. The building is located in a fairly central location in Roanoke, and it was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go during our stay. Our host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had, and provided a great guide to Roanoke with food and bar suggestions we ended up loving! I would highly recommend this location to any family member staying in the Roanoke area.

My husband and I were in town for the Virginia Tech game. This property suited our needs perfectly. The location worked for us and the actual apartment/flat was really nice. Very clean, modern, quiet and the bed was super cozy. We would definitely stay here again. Neil was very responsive and accommodating.

This was such a great weekend getaway! Such a cozy place! Honestly, I didn’t want to leave the room, and I was able to get some much needed rest and relaxation. The memory foam bed is seriously one of the most comfortable beds ever! I haven’t slept that good in years. Also, the tv in the bedroom is huge which is a nice touch. The brewery in the building is super cute, and very convenient for beer enthusiasts. I would highly recommend this property!

Very nice loft apartment. I was skeptical because the building is a renovated government building. What a great place. Very modern, clean, and quiet. The building was very secure, and has a private, fenced court yard to relax in.

The place was great— industrial, modern feel close to downtown Roanoke. Clean and easy to access. Communication, however, was awful. Future customers should know that this host will not respect privacy nor safety during communication. I received emails from a second party, texts from two different phone numbers, phone calls from a 1-800 number and minimal communication via the actual VRBO app while I was trying to enjoy my trip. I was asked to pay additional fees via a separate link and app, as well.

We enjoyed it being on one floor as we had a lot of luggage . The place was clean, and comfortable. The huge murial on the wall with many people from past and present was fun looking at . We made a game of trying to figure out every person. It was like 4 feet by 6 feet wide , so there was hundreds of people , from presidents, past and present, and kings, actors, just really fun to look at.

We stayed in the apartment for a week for my son's new job. I was able to work remotely from the location. I loved how they renovated a city building into separate apartments, it was spacious, immaculate, and so nice. We were able to make 'home-cooked' meals, and oh my goodness, we really didn't need anything but our clothes and food. Linens, toiletries (except for toothbrush and toothpaste (of course), spices, utensils, coffee, creamer, sugar, pots/pans, dishes, etc. were already provided. We are going to rebook for another week!! And, my dog absolutely LOVED the courtyard.
