The space
General Overview:
This private waterfront house is crafted for relaxation and a touch of magic. It’s a serene, upscale home that lets you enjoy island living in comfort.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Master Bedroom: King-sized bed with partial water views and a luxurious feel.
Second Bedroom: Located on the second floor with a queen bed, private bathroom and the best views in the house, overlooking the dock and bay and Dolphin Sanctuary.
Third Bedroom: A more private room set slightly apart from the main area with it's own entrance, featuring a queen bed, its own bathroom, a mini fridge, and a microwave.
Additional Bath: There is also a half bath off the main living area for convenience.
LIVING SPACES & KITCHEN:
Living Room: Bright and airy, with large doors opening onto the covered deck and dock.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with a full-sized fridge/freezer, stove, dishwasher, and all the cooking utensils you need. Washer/dryer included.
OUTDOOR FEATURES:
Covered deck and a dock with hammocks, perfect for lounging.
Two kayaks, adult and child snorkeLling sets, and life jackets. Guests just sign a quick waiver at check-in for water equipment use.
BONUS - going fishing? diving? or wanting in home meals prepared, we can arrange to have you picked up right on your dock!
ACCESSIBILITY & MOBILITY:
We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and the house is quite accessible for guests with some mobility considerations. While we wouldn't call it fully wheelchair-friendly, it is definitely walker-friendly and suitable for anyone who might have a little trouble with stairs.
Minimal Steps: There are two steps at the main entrance, but these can be bypassed by entering through the garage, which has a flatter entry.
Single-Level Living: Most of the home is on a single level, with just the upper bedroom accessible by stairs.
Easy Navigation: The layout is open and easy to move around, making it suitable for older guests or anyone a bit unsteady on their feet.
