THE place to stay in Robertson

After our stay a few years ago, Mo& Rose have managed to improve their high quality of service and cuisine. Unique is the setting in a veritable botanical garden.

A lovely stay at Mo & Rose

Great stay. The gardens are stunning. The pool was lovely & we were very comfortable in our room. We enjoyed a lovely dinner in the restaurant here and breakfast was also very good. All of the team we met were exceptional - friendly & great at their jobs. My only regret is that we did not stay longer than one night. We will be back!

This hotel is a little gem. From the moment you walk through the entrance you get a sense of something rather special and unique. The gardens (manicured cacti / succulents / rockery) dates back some 110 years, and you can feel the peaceful energy everywhere you turn. The pool area was laid out well, and provided a refreshing break from the 35deg South African heat. The room was very well apportioned, tastefully decorated (felt new) and neat and clean upon arrival. The bed was huge and very comfortable, coffee machine in room and welcome glass of wine we nice unexpected touches. Bathroom has walk in shower, dual basins and large bath - all meticulously clean! Restaurant onsite (Succulent, by Werner Snoek) was the cherry on top. Amazing menu, unbelievable tastes all from locally sourced growers, wonderful service, and a setting overlooking the gardens to die for. All in all a fantastic stay - we will absolutely be back and would certainly recommend this to friends and family.

A Rare Find

A fantastic find. To come across the successful results of the time and energy spent, started over 100 years ago and continued today is special. The same work ethic and commitment is experienced in the on site restaurant, Succulent, where nothing is spared in making your dining experience as unique as the surroundings.

Birthday night surprise getaway

Mo and Rose is absolutely amazing!!! From the staff, to the grounds to the restaurant, it was perfect!! The room was beautiful with everything you could think of and more. We had dinner at the restaurant which was incredible. It was part of my boyfriend's 40th birthday present and both the staff at the guesthouse and restaurant really went out of their way :) Breakfast the next morning was amazing too. What a beautiful place!! 10 out of 10!!!

Super schöne, komfortable und saubere Unterkunft die ich gerne weiter empfehlen kann. Sehr gutes Essen von Werner, der das Lokal erst vor kurzem übernommen hat. 2 Pools in dem sehr schönen und groß angelegtem Garten, super gepflegt. Netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter der Zimmer. Alles im allem Top. Es war unsere 1. Szation hier nach der Ankunft in Kapstadt, die bisher die Beste war.

Schöne Anlage!

Eine tolle & schöne Anlage inmitten eines Kakteengartens! Leider ist der hintere Pool in der Anlage schwarz, so dass dieser nicht einladend wirkt! Leider war unser Cottage mit einer sehr lauten Klimaanlage ausgestattet, ein geruhsamer Schlaf war hier nicht möglich! Das Guesthouse sollte sich nicht im Restaurant auf das Dinner konzentrieren; das Frühstück war perfekt!

Charmigt hotell med fantastisk kaktuspark

Vi valde att övernatta här en natt, under en rundresa i Kapprovinsen. Det kunde gärna ha blivit två nätter! Detta lilla, familjära hotell har inte bara en mycket sevärd kaktuspark, utan också en toppenrestaurang. Väl värd att spendera lite extra tid på!

Sehr schönes Guesthouse in ruhiger Lage

Unser Aufenthalt im Mo&Rose war sehr schön. Das geräumige Zimmer mit großer Terrasse war mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Die modernen Möbel haben eine gemütliche Atmosphäre geschaffen. Für kühlere Abende steht sogar ein Ofen mit Feuerholz bereit. Die Spaziergänge im wunderschön angelegten Sukkulenten-Garten waren ein Genuss. Das Restaurant serviert vorzügliches Frühstück und Abendessen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Amazing boutique stay

Mo and Rose was such a beautiful modern place to stay. The rooms were gorgeous and just a stones throw away from the amazing bistro. We enjoyed a lovely dinner which had incredibly generous servings then could easily just roll back to our room. The garden is beautiful to walk around as well. Would definitely recommend and will come back

Kleines, aber feines Hotel. Sehr geräumige Zimmer. Schönes Bad. Unbedingt abends im Restaurant einen Tisch reservieren, sehr gute Küche! Tipp für Golfer: Worcester GC spielen.
