「We had a fantastic stay at Residence Terra Rossa. The views were breathtaking. Our room and the grounds were spotless clean. We traveled with our kids (ages 6, 8, 10) and we are an active family so we had no issues with the vast number of stairs. 「Great quiet spot on beach. A bit of walk to town but easier than trying to find parking and it’s a nice walk along ocean. We had a great room with huge windows looking towards ocean. 「We have been renting from VRBO many times and this is by far the best experience we’ve had to date.Giuseppe is the consumate host: friendly, responsive and generous. 「The property was as advertised and shown in the listing, it is spacious and has a fantastic terrace. Carmelo (host) was extremely helpful meeting us when we arrived and showing us around the apartment. The decor is very traditional, comfortable and has everything that you need. 「We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. It is very close to all the main attraction, but was on a quiet street, which I definitely appreciated. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. We were allowed to check in a few hours earlier. The owner helped us with taxi arrangements for the trip to the airport. The apartment is clean, the view from the balcony is really lovely. 「We travel with 2 children and one labrador dog and we always look for quiet and authentic places away from crowds and mass tourism.
The house is lovely, in a beautiful environment. It is a countryside house, old building, authentic and has its own personality. No TV which is perfect. Everything you need is in the house.
Natalie is a perfect host, she is very available, provides useful information for visits and she even told us when Etna was going to erupt.
