“We got turned around but Caitlin guided us to the property and met us at the gate. The apartment was clean and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and well organized. We enjoyed the welcome basket of cookies that was waiting for us. The horses were fun to watch but our grandson really enjoyed his riding lesson with Caitlin. We would like to come again when the weather is warmer. ”

“We came in from Pittsburgh, PA for a huge event in the city that was well advertised. When checking in, the process was rather lengthy with multiple people waiting. The ‘incidental’ charges were different prices for everyone. The pool was not filled/operable. The fireplaces outside were also inoperable. And, upon arrival from the event later in the evening, there were no parking spaces available without sufficient help from staff to rectify the situation. The rooms were nice-but there’s no……

“Clean space, pet friendly ”

“The home was clean and comfortable for the most part. I would suggest that the lighting in the bedrooms be less harsh for comfort. Bright white bulbs and florescent lighting for my family was not great. I would add that the lighting in the bathrooms for doing make up was bad (too yellow). It stated in the listing they provided bottled water but none was present when we arrived so we went to the store to purchase. If it wasn't listed I would have brought some from home. I couldn't find a listing……

“Clean relaxing peaceful house”

“We enjoyed the unit and loved all of the space and quantity of kitchen dishes. We were very disappointed in our ability to control the thermostat and were very cold. The manager told us they “forgot” to change the settings. It was in the 20’s and the house needs storm windows. The windows leak badly! We finally called for help and still could not get it to stay warm at night. Each room needs an available supply of blankets. I did not know that one room had all of the blankets in it. Another……
