「Excellent no minuses, will be staying again」

「We book this chalet to visit family who live in leysdown when we arrvied the host hadnt provided any check in details so i messages asking for the. had no response also tried calling received no response whatsoever. Absolutely disgusting given we advised we were staying with our 11 month old baby. we were fortunate that we could stay with family.I did walk down to the chalrt as i know the area well amd found it not ready for anyone to stay in and also from the looks of things not worth the money...

「Absolutely lovely caravan! Garry and Claire are so nice and welcoming! Lots of little touches (milk, tea, coffee, bottles of Fizz on arrival) a few basic cleaning supplies available, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, vacuum, clothes airer and more which made our stay so much more convenient (including wifi)! Plenty of blankets and bedding to keep us warm, although the heating alone was very sufficient. We had a really nice stay and we would gladly stay again!」

「We gas the first morning had till 11 am to have a hot drink. When hot water is on the boiler is very noisy. The bathroom was too narrow and the towel hooks stcking out did not help. The oven did not smell right when lit and we did not use it. 」

「Check in was quite late (5pm) so we paid for an early one, and check out was very early (9am) so we paid for a late one (10am) I think 3am check in and 10am check out is quite the norm, so the times should be changed and not an extra payment incurred.Clean lodge, clean hot tub lovely bedding, nice to have a few bits and bobs in the lodge on arrival, like dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets, along with tea towel and washing up liquid. Cupboard's full of all the utensil's you need and...
