里約熱內盧何辛那酒店住宿推介

「This hotel was fantastic! Breakfast buffet is elaborate, room service food was very good with 24 hour availability. We arrived at 2am and were able to order from a full menu! Bar cocktails were excellent. Spa was exceptional with reasonable prices! Beach is beautiful and safe. I can’t wait to go back!」

「Ótima cama e ótimo café da manhã」

「best location in the beach, but need renovation」

「Nice hotel, nice location. The only issue is that the rooms don’t have much privacy. I could hear everything from the apartment next to us, I’m sure they could to. Location is nice, but I’m not sure about how much I’d stay again due to privacy in the rooms!」

「Bad room service with constant noise of dripping water even after repetitive claims. Stopped suddenly at the restaurant for not paying the breakfast which I have never heard about an extra fee for that. What a poor hotel!」

「A estrutura do hotel é antiga, então a manutenção dos quartos deixa a desejar. Além disso, em nenhum momento tinha toalha de rosto no quarto, e não era feita a limpeza. Apenas retiravam o lixo e arrumavam a cama.

「Ok hotel but too many issues to be a 4 star. Lift broke down and we were stuck inside, the speaker didn’t work so we had to use our mobile phones to call for help. AC is turbocharged and doesn’t switch off once temperature reached. Key cards were faulty, almost every day we couldn’t get into our room and had to reset our key card.」

「1. Room had a bad smell. 2. There were still dust and white debris on the floor when I checked in. 3. Couldn't make a reservation for the massage as advertised.」

「This hotel is a scam, I checked with the manager to confirm that I would get a refund for checking out early, but I didn't. Don't trust them!!!」
