「There was nothing unique about the property they had the hotel decorated in the Halloween theme, they didn’t have the hot tub as in there pictures, the carpets could be updated, the walk in shower floor could be better cleaned or replaced, they don’t tell you that you have to pay to park in there lot, breakfast was good and different options daily, they have there water set at a certain pressure to save on water, some of the staff were friendly, you hear the train as it is going through town ,...

「Unfortunately my experience was poor. My reservation was changed at check in and I was assured I would be able to stay in the same room for two nights but was contacted by a supervisor that they were waiting for me to check out and check back in hours later. I had to travel back to the hotel mid day to check back into the same room. No housekeeping was provided and when I called down to get a towel and coffee I was told curtly that if I wanted something I had to go to the front desk to retrieve...

「Check-in was rough, the clerk was trying to deny me my reservation that was paid for due to I missed the first night reservation due to medical reasons. We called the hotel and reported that we would not be checking in the day of reservation but would using the room the second night. It wasn't recorded that I called. And she kept saying it was down as no show. I disputed as I had paid for the nights already and should have a reservation for the stay. After 20 minutes of disputes I demanded she...
