Amazing stay

Wonderful house

This was a terrific house for our family gathering for a 90th birthday. Wonderful location to get to the beach and to drive to various sites on the coast. Amazing deck with a view of the ocean and sunsets.

Awesome place

This home is well cared for and is acurately depicted in the photos. The kitchen was well stocked and had what we needed for family dinners. The home was clean. The ipper deck was glorious for the sunsets.

This house was perfect for our family beach trip with 6 adults, two teenagers and two dogs. There was plenty of space, it was clean and the kitchen was well supplied. This house is about a two minute walk from the beach, with views of the surf from the front porch and large deck over the garage. We all enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and watching the ocean. The property manager, Itrip is easy to communicate with and checking in was smooth.

Excellent home with amazing views and access to the beach!

We had a great weekend at this house and would have loved to have stay longer. We truly did not get to enjoy what this house to offer with such a short stay. We might have stayed longer if it wasn't so expensive, but it does offer a lot for the price including so many beds and bathrooms. It had everything you need in the kitchens and bathrooms and excellent access to television and entertainment. The access to the beach was superb! And the upper deck with the hot tub was such a nice place to take in the sights. We might consider it again if we can save up the money!

Perfect multigenerational family reunion

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Rockaway Beach home. There was plenty of space for our 11 family members, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to fix breakfasts and dinners. Having 4 full bathrooms was great We loved the hot tub, which was easy to operate and access. The view from the upper deck was fantastic….sunsets were spectacular. With just a short walk to the expansive beach, we were able to come and go all day long. If we needed drinks, buckets, towels etc. it was so easy to go back to the house and return We will definitely return. This place was the best.

Serene & relaxing

We had a wonderful stay. It is so nice that there are three bedrooms on the main floor and three bathrooms! The two grandmas were so pleased! The location is amazing. Quite neighborhood so you can hear the waves from the house. Is there anything better? My husband and I with our 8 year old stayed in the master suite which was up the stairs offering us more privacy as well. The hot tub was great and the deck is a great view of the ocean. Steps away from the beach. Excellent stay. 😊

Pleasantly surprised!

You never know what you will get and we were pleasantly surprised at the size and layout. The rooms and beds were very nice. You can see the beach from the living room and the garage rooftop, so that was great! Also, the walk to the beach was short and easy for all ages. We were in need of more wash cloths and had to wait til Sat for someone to help us get the fireplace operating. I did get swift response to my inquires, although it did take until the next day to get these items squared away! We did appreciate the excellent communication. Overall, a wonderful place! Will try to rent again another time.

Spring break

The house had perfect access to the beach. We were surprised at how nice the view of the ocean was from the living room and kitchen table, as well as a great view from the deck. 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms was perfect, along with one other bedroom and bathroom allowed us to spread out. The beds were extremely comfy. We only had a few issues. The fireplace never worked during our stay. The management had people come out twice but no one could fix it. We also had asked management for lightbulbs that burned out upon our arrival and it took over 2 days to get replacements. The hot tub also needs a new cover- the first time we tried to use it the water was less than half full and the heater wasn’t working because of low water. We filled the tub up and got it working so we could enjoy it. The next time we went to use it though, the water level had gone down again so we had to fill it again and wait. We secured the cover as best as it would go each time, but the water kept evaporating out.

Love the size of the kitchen and the bedrooms. My family was comfortable and enjoyed the amenities. The oven was having issues heating up, very slow, but eventually got there! Please look into that. Loved the access to the beach and being able to see the beach from the living room. We don't expect much from beach furniture but do suggest looking into a more comfortable couch.This is our second year at this house and will continue to rent it. Thanks for the general upkeep and for making our stay very pleasant!

The size and space were great. We could use some space in the kitchen to put away food and some kitchen items need to be replaced. Overall being by the beach was the best!
