If you are into fishing, this property is also near many fisheries such as Jetty Fishery, and Kelly's Marina. There are also some good catches at Barview Jetty and Lake Lytle!

Ascending upstairs is the second bedroom as well as a desk and chair with views of the neighborhood and the ocean beyond. If you absolutely must get some work done, this is the spot to do it.

The Oregon Coast Scenic Railway goes past this home April thru Sept. 22nd (and includes a dinner train option). They also offer the Candy Cane train with visits from Santa on weekends for the Christmas season. This is delightful, both to ride, and to witness right in front of the property. If you are feeling adventurous, try your hand at recumbent biking on the scenic railroad tracks along the coastline. Offered both in Bay City, and Wheeler.
