• This property does contain a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. We want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories - these devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. However, please be assured that there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or anywhere in the interior of the house.

• While we are dog-friendly, please note that your dog may not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. There is a $100 pet fee per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs. • While our team works hard to keep our hot tubs operational at all times, unexpected issues may occasionally arise, and immediate repairs may not always be possible. In such cases, please understand that we cannot offer refunds for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control.

• We may collect additional information from you after confirming your booking (usually an email address) in order to comply with local regulations and to provide the best possible experience.
