We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, quiet hours are observed in our this neighborhood between 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. This townhome includes a decibel monitoring (no recording) system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.

This home is part of a two-unit duplex. For larger groups, please rent Lake & Laughter 2 if you have up to 12 people.
