Welcome to Casa Del Sol, a stunning hillside retreat just moments off the iconic Pacific Coast Highway. Overlooking the breathtaking Oregon coastline, this bright and spacious home is the perfect getaway for families or small groups looking to relax, reconnect, and soak in everything the coast has to offer.



One of Casa Del Sol’s standout features is its ample parking—a rare luxury on the coast. With plenty of space for your entire group, you won’t need to worry about squeezing into tight spots. Thanks to this convenience, the garage has been converted into an entertainment space complete with a ping pong table and casual seating, making it a fun hub for friendly competition and laughter.



Step inside and enter the main level, where a welcoming foyer opens into a cozy living room with access to the lower patio. Two well-appointed bedrooms and a full bathroom make this level a comfortable space for guests. Head upstairs and you’ll find the heart of the home: a sun-drenched open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, all framed by panoramic ocean views. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening glass of wine, the upper deck is the perfect place to take it all in.



Also on the upper floor, the primary suite offers peace and privacy, featuring a spacious en-suite bathroom and generous closet space. For those who may need to catch up on work, a dedicated desk with a monitor and ocean view makes for the dreamiest remote work setup imaginable.



Located just minutes from Nedonna Beach, Manhattan Beach, and the charming town of Rockaway Beach, Casa Del Sol provides easy access to scenic shorelines, local shops, and outdoor adventures.



To maintain a peaceful environment, the property is equipped with a noise monitoring system—rest assured, it does not record sound and there are no cameras inside or near private areas like hot tubs. This is simply in place to help ensure our guests enjoy their stay while being respectful of our wonderful neighbors.

Really nice comfortable house with great views. Kitchen was pretty well stocked which made cooking meals nice. The house was clean except for a couple dishes but we cleaned those up easily. Communication with the management company was fabulous.

Very clean and well stocked. We could see and hear the ocean. A short hike to the beach. We (one couple with two adult children) were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We didn't bring pets and we have allergies to some animals, so we really appreciated that it was so well cleaned and smelled good.

Extremely clean--my favorite part. Maybe one of cleanest places I've stayed. Very good communication with host. Could use a little updating with furniture (sofa is a little worn) and with bedding, rugs, towels. No curb appeal to the place (no flowers or plants around the house). Yes, there are ocean views, but only if there isn't fog and clouds. This place is quite a ways from the ocean.

Great place for a family vacay!

We were very pleased with the property. The photos and description were completely accurate, and I was impressed by how well equipped the kitchen was. It was a pleasure to return to the house after taking day trips down (and up) the Oregon coast and enjoy more family time, playing games, doing jigsaw puzzles, and making meals together. I had fun showing off the house to family members who visited for the day. I would highly recommend this vacation home!

This was our second stay at the property. The reason for the four star rating is due to the trash bin not being emptied and it really smelled. I contacted the property management and it was finally emptied, but shouldn’t this be a given when the property cleaned from the previous guest?

Our stay was wonderful! The house was very clean and airy, and warmed up quickly once we got the heater running. The kitchen was fully stocked and appliances worked great. The trail to the beach, views of the beach and forest from the deck and throughout the house were the cherry on top.

New years week

The house was great. Minor issue: no foil, plastic wrap, some spices empty. Major issue: we couldn’t open any of the streaming channels so we couldn’t watch the tv. Our friends and I planned on making food and to watch the rose bowl. Efforts to restore the channels (via texting) didn’t work. I asked for them to send someone to fix it twice and they didn’t. So, we had to change our plans and go to a sports bar to see the game and purchase food there. It was uncomfortable and we had to spend additional on food. We stayed at a Meredith property last year and when we had an issue, they sent someone out right away to fix the problem.

We loved Casa del Sol. The house is exactly as pictured and described in the listing and the ocean view from the decks and picture windows was stunning. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials, which was important to our group. Unfortunately we suffered a power outage due to a winter storm so we had to cut our trip short, but the host worked with us for a partial refund for which we were very grateful. For future storms it would be helpful to have a generator or backup batteries and keep flashlights and candles at the ready. We loved the property and the area, so we were sorry to have to cut our trip short. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful, clean, and comfortable home that is very close to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with updated appliances. We enjoyed using the well maintained grill and had fun playing ping pong. The view was amazing and we loved watching the sunsets from the upstairs windows and deck. We appreciated that the house was dog friendly (beware there are two German Shepherd dogs that live next door). The only downside was the pest control guy showed up on the morning we were leaving (we did not see any pests during our 3 day stay) and there was no Roku for the downstairs TV which wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding property with views!

This home was very clean. The kitchen had ample cooking supplies. The towels and bed sheets/blankets were plentiful and nice. The WII was a blast for the kids. Ping pong was okay but there was only 1 ball, the others were flat or cracked. There were a couple of board games as well. Plenty of deck chairs and small fire pit outside. If packing stuff for the beach, you’ll probably need to drive as the closest beach access is within about a mile or so, but you have to cross the highway. All in all, I would highly recommend this home

What a delight!

What a beautiful spot. You are in the perfect spot to be able to go up and down the coast. The house lives up to it's pictures. You do want to bring the essentials - the kitchen has all the utensils but no extras. The ping pong table is a nice add - you should probably bring your own balls though if you want to play. We didn't watch much TV, we were out and about all day, it's not the best picture so bring some games and plan on enjoying the view instead <3 The view is the best part- you get the perfect sunrise and sunsets and it really sets the tone for the day. Loved the fact they were dog friendly, will most likely stay here again. For multiple people it is a great spot.

Great Place to Stay

Everyone in our party of four loved the place. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked all our meals and had pretty much everything we needed. While close to the highway, the property is situated above the highway and we did not find highway noise to be a problem. The guest mode on Roku worked well and we had no problem watching multiple movies on Netflix. The management company was extremely responsive to a couple of suggestions, but we didn't need to ask anything of them. Initially we had trouble finding the beach access due to a confusing description in the guest book. I believe they are going to fix that, but the bottom line is that you only go 125 yards north of Scenic View Drive and cross to the West side of the highway. There is a blue rope and steps to guide you down the embankment. It is a total of half a mile to get to the beach. The only negative about our stay there is that all four of us stubbed our toes on a bed frame or chair. This was due to needing to remove our shoes which was not a problem for us generally. Recommend to be especially careful in that regard, but this is certainly not a reason to avoid booking this wonderful place.

A great place to explore the Oregon Coast
