  • This breathtaking beachfront escape offers epic views in a fantastic setting that you won't soon forget. The expansive private deck offers the views, seating, and the hot tub where you can enjoy the sights of the ocean waves, soft sand, and the countless wildlife that live up and down the coast.



    With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, this home boasts a spacious layout. The main level features an open kitchen and living area, while the upper level offers a complete kitchen, all accentuated by vaulted ceilings and generous windows that flood the space with natural light. Stay warm and cozy with two gas fireplaces. The primary ensuite is on the main level with a slider out to the deck and hot tub.



    Additionally two of the bedrooms over ocean views and decks that are accessible to enjoy them from as well. The property has been elegantly furnished and decorated, completely stocked with all the necessities and located in a quiet section of town with easy access to restaurants and activities.



    There is something here to do for everyone. Enjoy each morning and night on the deck or inside overlooking the waves, sights, and sounds of Rockaway Beach. The sunsets are undoubtedly breathtaking. When it is time to warm up, gather around the outdoor fire-pit or relax the worries away in the hot tub on the deck. The Pacific Ocean and endless adventures are just steps away. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.



    Pets: Not allowed. Thank you for keeping this property pet free to help those who have animal allergies enjoy their vacation.



    We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Plenty of space for our party. House was very clean and nicely appointed. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Hot tub and fire pits were a nice touch. Note there is no direct beach access. If anyone in your party is less steady on their feet or relies on a mobility aid, go down to 1st Ave by the Chamber of Commerce for easy beach access otherwise you can access it on 7th or 8th Ave.

Fabulous view, excellent location

Enjoyed our stay here. Great for 5 year old grandson up to 80-year-old grandparents. Bed/bath arrangement worked very well. kitchen worked well for us. But above all, the view is spectacular.

What a beautiful home for our family gathering, we all felt like we were relaxing in a friend’s home. The master bedroom and bathroom downstairs is amazing. This was a perfect house for our family of 6 with everything we could need. It was pouring our whole trip so we spent the time inside enjoying the view or trying the hot tub. Beach access is just a few houses down and would be perfect in nicer weather. This was the perfect place for a family getaway! The house was very clean, comfortable, so cozy. The kitchen is so well stocked, they had everything we could need including a turkey roasting pan! The view from the house is incredible, so weather your enjoying a winter storm or the sunshine you can't lose! We will definitely be back!!

Reunion of old friends

We enjoyed a lovely stay. A reunion of friends that have known each other for more than 40 years. Relaxing visit. We took longs walks on the beach. Enjoyed meals at the big table. Hot tub and back deck were great. Some beautiful sunsets. Didn't need much else to enjoy time with each other.

Had an amazing 2 night stay here. Everything was in excellent shape and super clean. Great layout and spacious. Furniture is updated. No weird smells, everything was fresh smelling. The view is amazing. Beach access is just a few houses down and easy to access in either direction. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful home!!

My husband and I were looking for a quiet, relaxing 3 day weekend. Full of naps, walks on the beach (only steps away), seafood...and repeat. This home was definitely the answer. The fireplaces kept us cozy, the view was amazing (to say the least), every room was extremely clean and comfortable. And I can't say enough about the customer service we received from the folks at iTrip. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. Thank you! It was definitely a restful retreat for us and we hope to return again next year!

Fun family beach trip

Very nice location. Spacious house. Comfortable beds, great hot tub. Spacious deck. A few problems, bunk bed room smelled really bad, unusable. Host sent a cleaner who treated carpet with some spray that didn't help. Family members slept on couches. Two of three fireplaces inoperative. Range left rear burner and downdraft fan inoperative. Still had a pleasant weekend. Excellent family time.

Everything was super clean; kitchen was nicely stocked; awesome views and well situated. Can't walk directly onto the beach because of the beach wall but beach access is just a block away. The front yard and the brick pathway from the gate to the porch need care; maybe it was just the end of the season but walkway was slick.

Spring break with friends

My friend and I took our children to the beach/ Tillamook cheese factory. It’s was our spring break for the kids and us. It’s was very relaxing and waking up to the ocean breeze. The kids had a great time on the beach. The hot tub was a bonus for us. My friend and I needed this break as much the kids did. We didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to come back again. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We lots of room for both our family. We were happy with everything. I never rented from a company that is always there if need to get a hold of them. They were on top it. My friend and I are recommend this company to our colleagues. Thank you.

Could be excellent with some fixes

We had a group of 8 people and the 4 bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The house is adorably decorated, immaculately cleaned, and has beautiful views. The neighborhood is quiet and the main town is within walking distance. The communication with iTrip was always responsive, we even saw Sheryl several times in person and she was always pleasant and helpful. Our overall experience was positive, but it wasn't without drawbacks. Although it is beachfront, there is no actual beach access from the property. So the location description of "steps to the ocean beaches" was a little disappointing for us. While we appreciated the cleanliness of the house, the cleaners were behind schedule and went past our check in time. Hours before check in, we were notified that the dryer and dish washer were out of order. A portion of the deck broke and caved in while we were sitting on it. We were looking forward to sitting around the fire table on the deck, but it did not work, even with the assistance of iTrip employees. There was also a propane fire pit in the yard that was not functional. When we inquired about using it, we were told it was new and not finished yet. The thermostat in the dining room is broken and just falls off when touched. We required assistance enough times that we delt with Chris, Victor, Mike, Recca, Ethan, and Sheryl. Sometimes receiving conflicting information. The property has real potential if they fix some issues, but we would probably not stay here again.
